The Palace of Auburn Hills held a media preview event on Oct. 1 to showcase the new dining additions to the arena’s east entrance concourse, and progress on the updated seating project. The new dining options include Maplewood Barbecue, a rustic barbecue restaurant; Eastside Tacos, which serves street-style tacos; and The Linkery, featuring artisan sausages and rolls.
